Rheagan joined the Covingtons team in 2023, she began as a cashier and quickly moved to our annuals and perennials section. Drawing on plant knowledge passed down from her grandmother, who worked at Covingtons for ten years before retiring. After earning her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Texas A&M–Commerce, Rheagan became Head of Marketing.

In her free time she enjoys concerts, spending time with her dogs, adding to her vinyl collection. She also has a love of learning reflected by her two additional degrees and real estate license. Her commitment to excellent customer service and knowledge of plants makes her a valued member of the Covington’s Nursery family.
