PLANT MATERIAL WARRANTY POLICY

Trees and shrubs are guaranteed for one year after purchase, assuming proper care and excluding freeze damage and other acts of God. A store credit will be issued for the full purchase price with the receipt and the dead plant. 45 gal. and larger sizes and all B&B material, are not warrantied unless we plant it.

10% Restocking charge on all returned items after 48 hours.
No returns after 30 days. No Exceptions.

Warranty good for ONE replacement only.

No cash refunds – store credit only. All sales final on annuals, perennials, houseplants, grass sod, rock, bagged goods and bulk soil – No refunds or warranty.
