Agave ‘Baccarat’ makes a stunning 2′ tall x 3′ wide clump of broad, glaucous leaves, each ending in a large black spine. The stunning silvery bud imprints (not the beer memorabilia) on the leaf backs are reminiscent of cut crystal; hence, the name. Agave flowers attract hummingbirds.
