Tommy Ulbik started working at Covington’s in 2005. What would start out as just a summer job while in high school, eventually blossomed into a career. Tommy has moved his way up in the company through various positions: Loader, Retail Sales, Wholesale Sales, and Wholesale Manager. He’s now our Operations Manager and Head Buyer. He enjoys working outdoors and has a strong passion for plants, but what he loves the most is being able to establish great relationships with all the many amazing people in our industry. His mission is to do whatever he can to make our customers as successful as possible. Tommy has a wonderful wife Cecilia, a little boy named Gavin, and daughter named Isabella. In his spare time he loves hanging out with friends and family, barbecuing, and playing pool.
