Did you know you can start planting some veggies as early as January? Now is the time to be planting your onions and potatoes, and in the coming weeks and months, it will be time to plant a whole host of delicious veggies like lettuce, spinach, turnips, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts and many more.
