Steve Malone is a 1981 graduate of Texas Tech University, and has a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Degree. Steve has been in the landscape industry for over 35 years, and has been with Covington’s for 20 years. He excels in really listening to a customer’s needs — in order to provide the ultimate landscape environment — and he always exceeds expectations. There is no project too large or too small that he cannot design to perfection. Steve especially loves creating intimate and cozy outdoor rooms with well thought-out details. Designing with lots of color in the landscape is his personal passion, but what ever YOUR particular passion is – Steve is ready to turn your dream into a reality!
Through the years at Covington’s, Steve has always kept plenty busy bringing to life countless jobs from the planning stages to completion, but in his personal life, his other passions also include traveling and caring for his own yard. His home has been featured in the Rockwall Tour of Gardens TWICE, in just the past five years!
He is especially dedicated to taking care of his dogs Molly and Lucky — spoiling and pampering them to the hilt! All of his many dogs over the years have always been a source of comfort and inspiration, and have greatly enhanced the quality of Steve’s life.
