His first job here in Texas, Armando started on the Covington’s Nursery landscape crew way back in 1996.He would next spend 10 years in our Retail and Wholesale departments, then 7 years in our Growing Operation, before finally rejoining our installation team in 2015 – this time as a Landscape Foreman.Armando says he loves to landscape homes so that he can look back and see the finished product.Planting a tree is his absolute favorite, just to realize that it is a legacy that will be there long after his time has come and gone.On the weekends, you might find him treasure hunting at Traders Village, with his wife Alicia, his two sons Angel and Uriel, and their dog Yoyo.
