A striking, narrow columnar conifer with bright golden-yellow foliage that holds its color year-round, plus a distinctive lemon scent when the foliage is brushed or crushed. Its tidy, upright form makes it a natural fit as a specimen accent, container topiary, or living holiday tree, needing little pruning to keep its shape. More sunlight keeps the gold color vibrant, and it performs well in North Texas heat once established, provided it has good drainage.
