PLANT MATERIAL WARRANTY POLICY

Trees and shrubs are guaranteed for one year after purchase, assuming proper care and excluding freeze damage and other acts of God. A store credit will be issued for the full purchase price with the receipt and the dead plant. 45 gal. and larger sizes and all B&B material, are not warrantied unless we plant it. Warranty good for ONE replacement only.

10% Restocking charge on all returned items after 48 hours.
No returns after 30 days. Plant must be in the same condition as when it was purchased. If it has been removed and/or planted, we will not accept it. No Exceptions.

No cash refunds – store credit only. All sales final on annuals, perennials, houseplants, grass sod, rock, bagged goods and bulk soil – No refunds or warranty.
