An evergreen shrub with bold, glossy green foliage generously splashed with yellow, giving it a golden glow from a distance year-round. It performs best in shady to filterd sun spots, making it a reliable pick for woodland gardens, foundation plantings, and other low-light areas where color is hard to come by. Sturdy and low-maintenance, it holds its variegated color and form with minimal care once established.
