Medium to large-sized Agave with gray-green leaves that are thick, succulent and have a rough textured surface. Spines on the leaf margins. Develops new plants at the base of the plant as it matures. Good selection in rock gardens and as a container plant. Best suited for well drained soils. Will need protection from severe freezes.
